EBSQ Art FAQ - Community - Dispute Resolution

I bought art from an EBSQ member and have a complaint. Can EBSQ do something about it?

Yes and no. Please contact us at info@ebsqart.com with more information about the situation. Every circumstance is different, but in general we will try to work with you and the artist to try to keep everyone happy. If the artist is in the wrong and refuses to rectify the situation, their membership may be terminated. But that is the extent of what we are able to do for you. We cannot provide any information protected by our privacy policy, nor can we take legal action on your behalf.

I am a member and another member is 'copying' my works. What can EBSQ do?

We encourage our members to communicate with each other to resolve such issues. We will investigate and determine our role and actions in each case. Please contact info@ebsqart.com with your complaint. Please cite examples of infringement and what actions, if any, you have already taken.
