EBSQ Art FAQ - Member Tools - About Me Tool

What is the About Me Tool For?

The 'About Me Tool' is typically used to generate an 'About Me' page as typically seen on eBay. If you are not familiar with these pages on eBay, they are generally like a one-page web site. The 'About Me Tool' that we provide allows our members to quickly create a professional looking page quickly. The tool takes information from the members profile (their artist statement and up to 15 images from up to 3 personal galleries) and presents it in a clean way. See and example (hey, that's me!).

My 'About Me' page is missing pictures, why?

It is important to remember that there is little connection between your 'about me' page at eBay (or wherever) and your profile at EBSQ. If you make changes at EBSQ (delete an item from your Art Case or change your artist statement) the change will not be reflected in the about me page. If you have this problem, we recommend that you recreate your about me page.

Can I use the About Me Tool to create a page for my personal web site?

Yes. You can use the generated page in any way you would like.

Do I need to know HTML to use the About Me tool?

No. However, as with most of our tools, HTML is allowed.
