I have always had an interest in folklore,legends and fairytales. As a child I lived in Germany and developed a love for castles, knights, and dragons. With the rich color and details I attempt to capture the imagination of an enchanted world. I love to create paintings that have texture and movement. You may notice in my paintings I create textures by layering colors as well as switching between acrylic and watercolor paint. You may notice movement is often created in the drapery of the clothing. I have been drawing since I was a child. I worked with charcaol, pen & ink, and pastel during my teenage years. Although I still like to work with pastel, I love to paint more. I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I love to paint them.
