Trees are some of my favorite things to paint. I love how free I get to be, letting my hands do what they feel is right. What happens is what happens in nature; I start with a an idea, then I clear my mind, and let my hands go to work. I am usually surprised at the end of each finished painting, more often than not, my fingers go somewhere completely different than where my mind is.
