Media:  glass seed beads cultured pearls swarovski crystals
Dimensions:  15-17 in long 1 1/2 wide
Date of Work:  12/06

While making this choker it was an easy transport to the beach. Just looking at it is enough to take you there! I used seed beads ranging in sizes 8 to 15 in several different shapes as well as glass drop beads, swarovski crystals, shells and pearls to create this piece. There is a lampwork fish embellishment that I made specifically for this necklace that hangs just above the shoulder. The closure is a sterling oval adjustable chain which allows the necklace to fit 15 to 17 inches. I used doubled 6 lb test fireline beading thread to complete this piece to insure it's wearability and it will last a lifetime or two. It was made with the intention of becoming an heirloom piece.
