"Elephant Walk I" created by award winning artist, Arlene Wright-Correll. Fusing glass has been around since the beginning of time being discovered accidentally as most things are. Firing painted stained glass has been around for over 1000 years.
Three years ago a new method of fusing and firing painted stained glass through several stages was created by the famous artist, Peter McGrain who developed a style he calls Vitri-Fusáille© (Pronounced Vitri-fuse-i) and Arlene Wright-Correll has attended two of his workshops to learn McGrain's method.
“Elephant Walk I” and it is a 9.75” x 9.76” piece completed in the Vitri-Fusáille© method. It comes complete with a hanging chain.
