Arbor Suite - Ninth in the series.

In this painting I wanted to capture the look of leaded stained glass with the light coming through the tree branches.

This is a more complex composition than I have done previously in this series. The tree forms are still simplified, but there are more directional lines drawing the eye into and through the canvas.The emphasis here is on the use of line and color to indicate sunlight and shadow.
