Fossil Leather Painted Art Purse

This is a fun, colorful painted leather art purse that I created.

It is made by Fossil brand, and has a nice bucket design that measures approx. 8x10" with the shoulder straps having an approx. 12" drop.

The original color was a blue-gray that I left untouched in some areas. I then painted some darker, deeper blue in some areas and then added other colors.

I first wanted to give the impression of a matted, and framed abstract art painting on the front of the purse (something like a Rothko) and then embellished it from there with colorful stripes and white swirls and gold dots, etc. The gold dots continue onto the shoulder straps for a fun effect.

I also painted the rear of the bag in color blocks and embellished that with white swirls also as you can see in the photos.

I signed it on the bottom.

There are a few compartments within the bag. There is a cell phone compartment and and inside zippered pocked, as well as 3 other compartments, the center one is zippered.

This is a fun purse and you will get lots of compliments on it!
