Be My (Fine Wine) Valentine - (Organic Decanter & 4 Glasses Set)

Well, now you can really wine & dine your favorite squeeze this Valentine's Day in style, with this gorgeous, stained glass painted wine decanter set.

There's alot of ruby red color *(for passion) in this set, and it's all set off perfectly against greens and blues and white and even a bit of yellow, and purple.

All of these colors really come alive and become animated when the sun shines through them. They look like jewels sparkling in the sunlight. The really cool thing about these pieces is you can actually see through one color to the next (on the other side of the glass).

The wine decanter is 1 Liter (32 fluid ounces) and measures approx. 11"Hx4"W and the opening at the top is approx. 3" across.

The 4 matching wine glasses measure approx. 6.25"Hx3"W each and capacity is approx. 8 oz (1 cup) each and their abstract design matches the decanter.

The technique I use to create these is this:

First, I lay down the organic black "liquid leading" lines and let those dry. When they are completely dry that's when I can start to apply color to the individual sections. I apply the colors meticulously with a toothpick(!), using it to blend and spread the colors all the way to the edges of the black outlines, making sure to pop any bubbles that occur along the way. Then, when I am satisfied with all the color it is left to "cure" or dry for about a week.

This set would look stunning on a shelf, perhaps even in an upscale funky restaurant or a winery!
