If you see a piece of art I have sold and wish to commission a painting in a similar vein, I am open to this. I will work out a detailed agreement with you as to the subject, size, medium, special features, and price, as well as a delivery time and method and cost of shipment.

My policy is to accept one-half the price of the painting as a retainer before beginning the work, and the other half plus shipping costs at the time of delivery. Commission time frames generally run from three to six months out, but at times I can complete work in a shorter time frame.
