This painting is one of several in my new abstract series. Most are ever playful and many even hold a slight surprise. In this case, the jewel tone colors are a primary theme in tone and colorful feelings. They also have a great impact with their harmony.

We can picture paints in the paint box ready to dance upon this canvas in these compatible colors. Dance, they did as I was surprised at the finished painting with it's musical colors all happily together. This is very much a contemporary abstract modern piece, yet the circles in it represent a continuum of life in the cycles we see come and go.
