Decorating Idea

Media:  Computer Enhanced Digital Photography
Dimensions:  5" x 4.9"
Date of Work:  Summer, 2006

The Wave Petunia was bred for hot Texas weather and is particularly colorful. Gardeners can find them in pinks, purples, white, and other gemstone-like colors. We plant them in our patio hanging baskets and they just flourish even in drought like conditions.

The day this was taken I was particularly impressed with the way these were hanging in the natural light which not only diffused them but brought about a nicer glow when I enhanced them with just one effect by computer art program.

I used a macro setting on an old Digital Polaroid PDC 2300 because it's quite sharp for close up work.
