'They have seaweed for their hair
And greeny yellow skin so fair.
With sea-blue eyes they stare
Into the abyss of their watery lair.
Or watch their children
Bringing from the seabed there
Creamy shells and pearls to share.
Beware Beware!!
Do not go where
Those sisters stare.
Beware their seaweed hair
Though all the golden treasures
Of the sea they wear.
(Poem by Maeve)
Can you see the sisters?
Heres' a clue
Their eyes are coral blue!
