As you may have guessed, my name is Jeanette. I'm 30 something and currently living in Houston with my 3 kids (cats) Sasha, Dartanian and Chubbles.
I love art. It makes me happy. There's nothing I like better than to be able to start with a clean sheet of paper and create something. It's like a passionate love affair. You can work the paper with soft gentle strokes and leave just a hint of color or you can be forceful and demanding and leave something strong and rich behind. The end result, if done right will leave you fufilled.
What's my medium of choice? I don't have one. I'm not a purist. I don't like to be tied down to just one medium. If I think adding tobasco sauce to my ink will make the end result look good, then I will.
I want to try everything and I will in time! From my experiementing, I know that I'll have some fantastic pieces and I can't wait!
My work can be found in private collections, published works such as Imagine 2005 and calenders and I have also been lucky enough to use my work to raise money for charity.
