Original Work by Dee Flouton

Media:  Acrylic on Gallery Wrapped Canvas
Dimensions:  8" x 10"
Date of Work:  2009

I was so flattered when Dee asked me to partner with her for the "Ripped Off" show. I love her work and was very excited about working with her. I have always admired her logo daisies. I looked through her portfolio and there were so many pieces that I would have liked to "rip", but I kept returning to my favorite- her logo piece "Red Daisy". Here is my version of her "Red Daisy". Check out her wonderful portfolio of work. You will see why I am such a fan.

Dee's Red Daisy was painted using artist grade acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped museum quality canvas with painted sides. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.
