I

I'm a
fifth generation Southern Californian that enjoys the diversity and of coarse
the weather the state offers. I've had some professional art training at several
California Universities that included Watercolor, Photography, Ceramics, and
Sculpture. I earned a very meager living in metal sculpture during my college
days, fun but I would not recommend it.
Instead of taking the road less traveled, I've
always tried to take every road that presented itself. I've lived overseas on
several occasions, most recently Vietnam. Most of my professional career was
spent in Health Care Administration. I've spent over fifteen years living aboard
and sailing several different boats. I have a wonderful Daughter who works in
graphic design in the Bay area.
My art is something that remains a joy for me. I
won't attempt a project that I feel is repetitive or represents work in any way.
I love finding new techniques and mediums, jumping from one to another.
"I am glad the old masters are all dead, and I only
wish they had died sooner."
