This is one of my map series; it was inspired by the corner of Sussex where I lived for 6 years. I played with some irridescent paint, which gives the piece another dimension and made it more dreamlike.

I chose this piece for the Think Pink show because it was... pink. The brushwork also has an organic quality that suits the nature of the show. I wanted to enter the show to support the fight against breast cancer, which concerns everyone.
