This sign has been sitting at the end of the Las Vegas Strip since 1959. It was designed by Betty Willis.

It was my entry in the September Nibblefest Art Contest on eBay, where it took second place.

The theme that month was "Retro". Since many landmarks are disappearing in Las Vegas, I thought this sign was a perfect example of surviving retro in the environment.
