My daughter Alexa, is my favorite subject to paint. I started this portrait of her last week(she has been posing for my painting class, so I have her held captive !). I thought I'd show it today.. even tho it's not yet done.. I just need another sitting to refine the shadows and highlights in her skin .. if I can get her to sit for me for a few minutes!
