Ohio artist/calligrapher, Susan Cone Porges, combines her passion for drawing and painting with her love of letters. A graduate of Massachusetts College of Art, with a BFA in Printmaking, Susan has spent the past 25 years designing original "calligraphics" for corporate & individual clients nationwide. In addition to her commercial work, Susan spends much of her time painting in both oils and watercolors, lending her keen sense of design and color, and painterly loose strokes to rich florals and landscapes. Susan also teaches drawing and calligraphy, and is a member of the International Association of Master Penman, The Western Reserve Calligraphers, and The Ohio Watercolor Society. She exhibits regularly in galleries, art shows, and craft exhibitions, and her artwork is represented in private collections worldwide.
