"Creating Beautiful Grimoires Since 2003...One Page at a Time." Thank you for coming to see my newest labour of love, the "Fall Leaf Windchime." The Goddess Bridget has been speaking to me of late, and has instilled a new fire in my creative forge. This piece of wood is approximately 8 x 12, and I have spent many hours with this piece, carefully cutting and sanding and staining to as close to perfection as possible! I chose the Triquetra because it is associated with the Irish Goddess Bridget and its timeless symbolic associations with the Maiden, Mother and Crone. As you can see on your own, the Triquetra is made up of three Crescent Moons and is an unbroken fluid symbol that many associate with the tv show "Charmed". The men in my life have been admiring this piece, and I hope you do, as well! Proceeds from the sale of this unique piece will go to another new windchime, as time goes by, I will master the scroll saw techniques and make truly intricate pieces with practice! The windchime strands themselves are made up of black obsidian and amber beads, with tiny amber leaves right in the middle of the strand. They are securely clamped on an 8lb craft filament strand. I have once read that amber and black are the colours that a High Priestess wears when she accomplishes her title. The wood was stained in Golden Honey, and has been polyurethaned to keep its beautiful natural state. Since this is my first windchime, I do not know how it would fare in the wet weather, please try to hang it on the porch under cover. There is a prayer feather as well with this windchime, and as your winds blow, after praying with this feather, they will take your wishes out to be manifested. A small set of prayer beads that matches this set is also included as a special extra. Thank you so much for coming to see my newest piece of art, something I believe is like no other in the world!
