Reflections of Me is an original abstract triptych. There are layers of cerelean, cobalt, burnt sienna, crimson, titanium white, burnt umber, and cadmium orange. I used both a brush and palette knives for this painting.
Reflections is a painting about how we see ourselves when we encounter uncomfortable situations. There is a combination of invisible barriers that we put up to protect our feelings. In our reflections we are able to look at ourselves from the outside looking in.
This painting is a large triptych. Each canvas measures 30"x20" making the complete set of three measuring 60"x30"
