Beauty, which is what is meant by art, using the word in its widest sense, is, I contend, no mere accident to human life, which people can take or leave as they choose, but a positive necessity of life. - William Morris, The Beauty of Life, 1880

Just last moon I had a dream that Mr. Morris came to me and smiled, as only an Englishman can do. He asked me if I remembered him and I said, yes. He told me a tale in which he spoke through my friends so we could hear him speak once again and taste his work and I smiled. So we offer the letter "A" with Africa's Grey Parrot, Pygmy Falcon and Appolo Butterlies.

I believe the true beauty of nature and her creations are a neccesity to life, so to demonstrate this ideal I have embraced one of England's finest artisians, William Morris and his ability to connect language to his art, intermixed with my own views of the power contained within animal spirits . This illustration symbolizes the notion that the beauty and power of nature can, and should, intertwine with mankinds' ability to create form and language.
