I came across this photo in family photo boxes, I beleive it was taken in Indiana which would make it one of my cousins. As opposed to Missouri where EVERYONE is my cousin, just kidding. Evidently the child was happy to be out in the snow on their new scooter. Just makes me happy to look @ it.
