And example of my illustrative work, which might be best described as detail oriented. I'll use any number of media --watercolor paint and pencil, colored pencil, acrylic paint, pen and ink, gouache, pastels, etc., etc., -- any or all in a single piece if necessary to get my point across. Not exactly a purist approach -- but I'll try just about anything when attempting to capture those elusive effects in my mind's eye...
