I am a living/working full time Brooklyn, NY artist.
My painting style ranges from POP ART to ABSTRACT. Painting portraits, still life, and anything I consider fun OR interesting.
It took about 20 years of painting to achieve my style. I think the hardest part of my career as an artist has been to find the "voice" that is unique to me - evident in my brushstrokes.
Painting definitely consumes me, my subjects are people, dogs, cats, and pop art subjects from packaging interpretations to cartoons.
I have been taught at Pratt Institute and School of the Visual Arts both in New York City.
The 3 elements most important to me, that must ALWAYS be a part of my work are:
