Here you see:
prismacolor colored pencil drawings,
oil and acrylic painting, AND
my imagination at work.

Most of these faces are figments
of my fantasy bubbles, or maybe
they're ghosts who appear from
the ether, dissatisfied with their
lack of "concrete" self-reflection.

Or they're daimons - numinous beings
who insist on substance, if only as a
layer or so of pigment on a surface.

Who knows?!!?!
All I know is they're not there when
I start, but they are when I'm finished!
