I love Apples. I painted an Apple A day last summer (for the entire summer.. and ate them too!)..

but this complicated tool.. that i do not own... makes pealing an apple simple...
seems like a lot of metal & gears when one can just eat through the apple skin...
but here it is...
there it was...
none the less.

I painted the apple parer using acylics in a quick manner. I then scanned the little painting and combined it with a stock apple photo. Pieces of the painting were cropped out to make for a more integrated image.
