Shoshana is a Pennsylvania Artist whose impressionistic work hangs in many homes across the country and around the world. Her vivid portraits of people and pets are popular gifts. She paints local landscapes and seascapes inspired by her frequent travels. Shoshana works primarily in pastels and mixed media and is a member of the Oil Pastel Society, Wet Canvas & EBSQ . Shoshana considers herself mostly self-taught; although she treasures the techniques she's learned through workshops. She does demonstrations and shows in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is proud to support local fund raisers.
Artist Statement: I live in beautiful Chester County, PA. The rolling hills, babbling brooks, grazing cows, flowers and beautiful barns inspire me every day. We also frequent the NJ shore; there I'm inspired by the beautiful sunsets and sailboat scenes which I can express so vividly with pastels.
