Shawn Marie Hardy works in a number of media, but I sound her “Malynne and Her Things” mixed media piece to be amongst her most charming. Something about the position of the legs…and well the stripped stocking mixed with the photographic face and wings just caught my heart. I decided to draw her in coloured pencil and add my own Big Eyed style into the face. I hope Shawn is happy with the resulting piece of whimsy
