This is a self portrait done with my Sony Cyber Shot U. I used my hallway mirror to be able to take the shot. With digital camera it's possible to see the view from the mirror in the view finder, which make self portraiture easier for me.

Eyes are always the most interesting part of the human face for me. I often start with the eye when drawing. i liked the balance of the large white glasses against the dark wall behind me.

I like playing with self portraits , I'm an easily accessible model, and I don't charge much for my services.

The only alterations to this image is desaturation, cropping, and one level of sharpening. All things that could easily be done in traditional photography.
