The women depicted in all of my pieces have a certain anonymous quality, embodying the "every woman". Many times we attempt to blend into the crowd yet our hearts scream to be noticed as individuals. I've always found this fascinating...and sometimes have found myself doing the very thing that intrigues me about others, veiling myself with the wool of the black sheep in a herd of the same...
