I will do commissions. I love doing landscapes and cityscapes for commissions with you sending me a photo to work from.
The land around your house, or your favorite spot to eat, or the place you first met your significant other are some great places that would make special gifts.

Once the job is accepted I require a 25% deposit to start. If I will be charging hourly the deposit will be a flat rate based on an estimated time frame.
