Here you see Dorothy as she kicks off her poppy shoes to rest a bit with Toto! As a nod to L. Frank Baum's tale, Dorothy's shoes were in fact silver, not red. As a nod to the chapter in the poppy field, I created a pair of silver shoes adorned with poppies. She still has one tucked behind her ear! With the Emerald City looming in the background, Dorothy longs for home! Enjoy this classic tale!
