This elf is enjoying a moment of her own. She lies in the water amongst the floating leaves which are based on the leaves of a maple tree. My lovely model was my friend and fellow artist Maria van Bruggen. She ones posted this photo of hers, and I loved it very much. Just the simple thing of enjoying autumn; lying amongst the fallen leaves and smelling their lovely scents. Maria and I both joined the EBSQ-art portrait-swap show, and this is my entry.
