This is an oil pastel done on paper, 8" x 10" image size, and comes professionally matted in a white archival mat. The colors are shades of green with small compliments of red. The technique on this oil pastel, and others done by this artist, is to work the paint by hand or fingers into a quilted effect, resulting in almost a glow. It comes matted, signed on the front and back, and with a certificate of authenticity showing it to be an original work of fine art by contemporary artist N.J. Strother.
