I am thankful to be able to freelance fulltime. My camera is my constant companion. I live in a small valley where we raise Quarter horses. It is gorgeous. Such a natural setting for my pallette. I have been blessed with a true talent. It is a feeling, when I am drawing or painting. Something that is inside that flows onto the paper.
My main subjects & inspirations are everyday occurrences. Whether it is horses grazing in the pasture, or children playing in the creek. Simple moments are what I capture. Things we pass by everyday.
Too many times in life we tend to overlook the beauty God has created for us. It can be as simple as a child playing in a sandbox, or as striking as a sunset. We just need to slow down, to see what surrounds us. It isn't hard to see the beauty day to day,
we only need to stop and take a moment to appreciate it.
These are the moments I try to capture.
Every day I want to be able to say...
"I saw God today "
