self-portrait with smg & jm, mourning the loss of my biggest voyeuristic addiction; buffy the vampire slayer. in particularly dark times in my life, i have seriously latched onto the ups and downs of "spike" & "buffy"--a single episode can set the tone for a week or longer for me. i have found myself living vicariously thru fictional characters--not just on screen but in my reading as well. truly, i have found there are other addicts like me who have been swallowed whole by this universe. i don't know how i am going to handle the end, which coincides with this show. but i will raise my glass to "spuffy" and pray they live on....
