So, this is a quick self portrait done late at night with eerie light in acrylic on watercolour paper. In this one I am incorporating some of the techniques used in oil in Still Life Studio Sunday, but twisting them for contemporary feel. Also the medium, acrylic rather than oil informs the attempt to utilize the tecnique. What comes through is interesting and I'm going to experiment along those lines more, with old techniques and new. Left intentionally raw and sketchlike.
