North Plains, Oregon is the location of this plein-air piece. My sences were busy with the sights, smells and sounds of bees busy with their duties. Painted in 2 hours, I completed 2 of these paintings, this one having rolling hills in the distance. Painted with pastels on archival grade sandpaper.
