This is a beautiful small wildflower called a Yellow Trout Lily. This picture was taken in the Great Smoky Mountains. I used my macro lens to capture the beauty of this very tiny specimen - Approximately 1 inch in size. The sunlight found it's way through the trees to perfectly highlight the bright yellow color.
