This chinese brushwork painting, of chinese cormorant birds taking a break from fishing in the river far below, gliding on updrafts amongst a backdrop landscape of misty mountains. Soon these asian fishermen will be back to work, though, rocketing downward and diving into the river for their next meal. It has been signed below right in my chinese name characters.
