Growing up close to Mexico and amongst a large Hispanic population, I've long been familiar with Los Dias De Los Muertos. One of my favorite things about it is the folk art of calaveras - hand sculpted skeletons which are usually colorfully dressed and often depicted in tableaus. My illustration is not as festive, but he was an undertaker, after all. Created in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet.
