This is Barbara Haviland's "Sophie" created for the Pet Portrait Swap. I saw that Barb liked to paint flowers & gardens, and although I started out trying to create Sophie from fur-print and texture-print fabrics, suddenly I discovered that she needed to be created from all flower fabrics! Even her eyes are the centers from flowers... The middle picture is Ms. Sophie herself, in all her glory. The picture at the bottom shows what the back of the quilted image looks like before the fabric "frame" covers it up.
