I've always been intrigued by El Dia de los Muertos and the tradition and ceremony that comes with it. Our friends to the South have a rich heritage and a way of looking at, and dealing with, death that many could learn from. It was in their tradition of laughing at death that I created these whimsical mariachis. They may be dead but their spirits, and music, live on.
