This is one of the faces of Alzheimer's Disease ... my Mom. She is in the end stages now, and looks different from this picture which was taken a year ago. They say that Alzheimer's is the "long goodbye" and this is so true.
This picture was taken with a Canon EOS 10D camera. It was edited with Photoshop Elements 2, to mute the background and convert from color to black and white.
