There is nothing more annoying than mosquitos at night, especially when there is food near. It always seems like mosquitos and thick soupy humid air attract each other like purple vinegar and eggs. There is nothing wrong with any of those things but when you put them together the Netherworld looks likes an icecream soda. I don't have anything against mosquitos as long as they don't bite me or carry super viruses. I hope I captured this feeling in the above small piece of art. The materials I used were markers and colored pencils because they were handy.The process I use is to draw images strictly from my imagination. I chose this subject because it is the theme of this show. Thank You.
