I wanted a cover for the journal I carry everywhere with me. It's my address book, my entertainment when I'm waiting in line, my to-do lists, and everything else. So I needed lots of pockets to carry all my extra stuff. I also wanted color and personality so I'd get excited every time I take it out to write.
