There are a few determining factors when it comes to commission costs: Materials (paint, canvas, pencils, colored pencils, ink, etc.), Time, Complexity, and Scale. The materials are also considered in the time factor as paintings will take longer than drawing, sketches, or ink work. Generally, the larger a piece is the more it will cost. The complexity is how in depth the subject matter is, how detailed and is also a part of the time factor. All of these things play a part in how much I charge. As of this moment there is no set price scale, I find this almost impossible to create as each piece of art is completely different than the next.
