This is my entry in the July 2009 Nibblefest contest...the theme is "dramatic light". I thought of how my cats all seek out the various sun spots around the house...sometimes moving with them as they change throughout the day. I created this piece on a 5x5 inch stretched canvas...staple free sides are painted black so no need to frame! I finished it with an acrylic varnish to protect.
